Many thanks!

Thank you to all who participated in our church visiting experiment. We gathered for worship, dinner and discussion on Sunday night and I look forward to continuing our discussions in the day and weeks to come. And many, many thanks to those who helped set up and clean up from our time together! I spent the last weekend in West Lafayette with members Cara Ruble and Fred Freeman at the Indiana-Kentucky Synod Assembly. We gathered under the theme of “Who is my neighbor?” and heard speakers and preachers approach that topic in relationship to racism, Islamaphobia, changing neighborhoods and a changing world. Bishop Bill prepared a sermon based on John 17:20-26 to share with congregations that I invite you to read or watch this week. In the abiding hope of the Risen Lord, Pastor Lecia
