Music Reflection for Luke 11:1-4

Luke 11:2-4

[Jesus] said to them, ‘When you pray, say:

Father, hallowed be your name.

   Your kingdom come.

Give us each day our daily bread.

   And forgive us our sins,

for we ourselves forgive everyone indebted to us.

And do not bring us to the time of trial.’

Reflection from Jim Rowe, Minister of Music:

This one prayer is spoken by millions of people every Sunday in corporate solidarity of our faith in God. We look with hope to the future as we face the trials of each day, knowing Jesus is with us.
